HORSE HIDE COAL BAG

A coal bag is a bag originally designed to carry coal, with handles on both sides.
Because it's meant to carry heavy loads, this style is also used as a tool bag outside of coal mines.
We have reproduced it based on existing vintage coal bags, paying close attention to details such as the rivets and specifications.
The material is the same base as our standard horsehide,
but it undergoes drumming (milling) → dyeing → ironing (polishing) → re-drumming (loosening the fibers) to create a leather with rich character through even more processes than usual.
This time, the D.BROWN is dyed with dye. By dyeing it twice with dye, we are able to express a deep color and texture.
A shoulder strap is available separately.
It comes in sizes S, M, and L.
We shipped it to our retailers today, so it should be on display in stores as early as tomorrow.
