Return deadline

Due to the nature of leather products, each piece of leather has a different appearance, so the pattern or design may not be exactly the same as the photograph.

Therefore, please understand that the product may not be exactly the same as the photo.

In particular, the patterns and designs of leather such as python and akyabu vary depending on how the leather is cut, so they will differ from the photos. For python patterns, there will not be extreme differences such as diamond patterns.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, products that have been scratched or damaged through customer negligence, products for which you have not contacted us in advance, or products that have been returned more than one week after delivery .

In addition to the above, we cannot accept returns or refunds for semi-order products due to the nature of the product, except for scratches, damage, etc. We will take great care when shipping , but please check the product as soon as possible after it arrives. Return Shipping Fee
