Additional Fees Beyond Product Price
If your total purchase is less than 10,000 yen (excluding tax), shipping fees will be borne by the purchaser.

  • Flat rate of 500 yen (+ tax) nationwide, excluding Okinawa and remote islands.
  • Okinawa and remote islands have a flat rate of 1,000 yen (+ tax). Additional charges will apply if air freight is used.Please inquire if you need expedited shipping.


About Customs Duties

Our prices do not include customs duties in your country, and the Japanese consumption tax (10%) does not apply to overseas markets.

Ownership transfers to the customer who paid when the product is shipped from our office.

The customer is responsible for import procedures to the country where the product is shipped, as well as the payment of customs duties and taxes associated with the import.


Defective Products
Although we meticulously inspect and package our products, there is a very rare possibility of sending a defective product. If you find any issues, such as dirt during shipping or an incorrect product, we apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you please contact us at the email address below within one week of receipt, providing the following information.

Due to the nature of the product, there may be minor scratches or wrinkles.

Sales Quantity
Some products have limited stock. Please check the product page for stock availability.

Delivery Time
Deliveries are generally as follows, except before and after long holidays, during busy delivery periods, due to bad weather/natural disasters, or due to carrier circumstances:

  • You can specify a delivery date 5 days or more after your order date (within平日営業期間内).
  • If your order date is a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it will be 5 business days from the next business day.
  • If no specific date is requested, delivery usually takes 4 to 7 days.
  • If you wish for the fastest possible delivery for in-stock items, please specify this in the remarks section without setting a delivery date. (Please note that we may not always be able to accommodate your request.)

Various credit cards or Apple Pay are accepted.

Return and Refund Policy

As a general rule, we do not accept returns due to customer convenience.

In the case of defective products, please contact us by email within one week of receiving the product.

Please note that due to the nature of leather products, each piece of leather has a unique grain, sothe pattern and design will not be exactly the same as in the photos.

Therefore, please understand that the product may not be exactly the same as the photos.

Especially for leather patterns and designs such as python and akab, they will differ depending on how the leather is cut,and thus will not be the same as in the photos.Regarding python patterns, there will be no extreme differences such as a diamond pattern appearing.

Please note that returns cannot be accepted for products that have been used, products damaged due to customer's responsibility,products for which prior contact was not made,or products for which one week has passed since receipt.

In addition to the above, for semi-custom products, due to their product characteristics, returns and refunds other than for damage are not accepted.Although we take the utmost care during shipping, please check the product as soon as possible after arrival. If there is any damage, please contact us immediately.

Return Shipping Cost
If the return is due to our fault, we will bear the shipping cost.

Refunds
If the refund is due to our fault, we will bear the cash-on-delivery fees.

Scope of Refunds
The breakdown of refunds is as follows:
 - Product price
 - Consumption tax
Please note that shipping costs at the time of purchase are not refunded.

Customers in the EEA (European Economic Area)

Consumers residing in the EEA (European Economic Area) have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, for any reason.

If you wish to withdraw, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund in accordance with applicable laws.

Customers Outside the EEA

For customers outside the EEA (European Economic Area), all sales are final, and returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are not accepted.

Products that have been custom-made or processed according to customer specifications, such as with names or engravings, may not be subject to the right of withdrawal, even for EEA customers.

However, exceptions apply in the following cases:

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect
  • If damage occurred during shipping
  • If the wrong product was sent by us
  • If returns or refunds are mandated by applicable law
