  • What payment methods are available?

A: Credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, etc. are available.

 

  • How much is the shipping cost?

A: If the total amount is less than 10,000 yen (excluding tax), the shipping fee will be borne by the purchaser.

Nationwide flat rate (within Japan) 500 yen + tax (excluding Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands)

For Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands, the shipping fee is 1,000 yen + tax. If you choose to use airmail, an additional fee will be charged.

Please contact us for overseas shipping.

 

  • When is the shipping date?

A: If no date and time is specified, delivery usually takes 4 to 7 days. (Within Japan)

If you would like the item to be delivered as soon as possible while it is in stock, please do not specify a date and time, but write that in the comments section. (We may not be able to meet your request.)

You can specify the date and time from 5 days onwards.

 

  • Where should I contact for inquiries?

We accept email inquiries even on weekends and holidays. If you need to contact us urgently regarding returns or refunds, please contact us by email.

 

  • I haven't received the order confirmation email or the shipment completion email.

A: Depending on your email client settings, the email may be rejected or sent to your spam folder.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email from us within two business days after placing your order, please check the information below.

  • How do you handle defective products?

A: We inspect and pack our products with the utmost care, but there is a very rare chance that we may send you a defective product. If there is any problem with the product, such as dirt during delivery or the wrong product, please fill out the form below and contact us within one week of receiving the product.

 

  • Can I return or cancel?

A: As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations or returns due to customer convenience. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, products that have been scratched or damaged through customer negligence, products for which you have not contacted us in advance, or products that have been returned more than one week after delivery .

Due to the nature of semi-order products, we cannot accept returns or refunds for any reason other than scratches or damage. We take great care when shipping , but please check the product as soon as possible after it arrives. If you find any scratches or damage, please contact us immediately by email at the above address.

 

  • The product in the photo is slightly different from the image

A: Due to the nature of leather products, each piece of leather has a different appearance, so you will not get the exact same pattern or design as in the photograph.

Therefore, please understand that the product may not be exactly the same as the photo.

In particular, the patterns and designs of leather such as python and akyabu vary depending on how the leather is cut, so they will differ from the photos. For python patterns, there will not be extreme differences such as diamond patterns.
