Shipping Policy

Additional charges other than product price
If your total purchase is less than 10,000 yen (excluding tax), shipping costs will be borne by the purchaser.

500 yen (+ tax) flat rate nationwide, excluding Okinawa and remote islands
Okinawa and remote islands are a flat rate of 1,000 yen (+ tax). If you use airmail, additional charges will apply. Please contact us if you are in a hurry.

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days of receipt.

About customs duties

Our prices do not include customs duties in your country, and Japanese consumption tax (10%) does not apply to overseas markets.

Ownership is transferred to the customer who paid for the product when it leaves our office.

You are responsible for import procedures to the country to which the product is shipped, as well as for payment of customs duties and taxes associated with import.


Defective products
We inspect and pack our products with the utmost care, but it is extremely rare that we may send you a defective product. We will actively respond to any temporary inconveniences such as dirt during delivery or product problems, but please fill in the following information and contact us at the address below within one week of receipt.

Returns and Refund Policy

In principle, we do not accept returns due to customer convenience.

In the case of defective products, please be sure to contact us by email within one week of receiving the product.

In addition, due to the nature of leather products, each piece of leather has a different expression, so the exact same pattern or design as the photo will not appear.

Therefore, please understand that it may not be exactly the same as the photo.

In particular, the patterns and designs of leathers such as python and akab will differ depending on how the leather is cut, so they will differ from the photos. For python patterns, there will be no extreme differences such as diamond patterns appearing.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been used once, products that have been scratched or damaged due to customer responsibility, products for which we have not been contacted in advance, or products for which one week has passed since receipt.

In addition to the above, due to the nature of semi-custom products, we cannot accept any returns or refunds other than those for damage. Although we take the utmost care when shipping, please check the product as soon as possible after arrival. In the unlikely event of damage, please contact us immediately.

Return shipping costs
If the return is due to our responsibility, we will bear the shipping costs.

About refunds
If the refund is due to our responsibility, we will bear the cash on delivery fee.

Please note that the shipping fee at the time of purchase will not be refunded.

EEA (European Economic Area) Customers

Consumers residing in the EEA (European Economic Area) have the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement for any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.

If you wish to withdraw, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Returned products must be unused and remain in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We will issue a refund in accordance with applicable laws after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Non-EEA customers

For customers outside the EEA (European Economic Area), all sales are final, and returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are not accepted.

Products that have been produced or processed according to customer requests, such as engraving or other custom modifications, may not be eligible for the right of withdrawal, even for EEA customers.

However, this excludes the following cases:

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect
  • If damage during shipping is observed
  • If due to our erroneous shipment
  • If returns or refunds are mandated by applicable law
