Shipping Information
Deliveries are generally made by Sagawa Express. Deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, etc., may be made by Yamato Transport's Takkyubin. We cannot deliver outside of Japan. Please note that we do not offer international shipping. The estimated delivery date will be notified to you in the order confirmation email (this is not the automated email).
Date and Time Specification
You can specify a delivery date 5 days or more after the order date (within weekdays) in the remarks column.
If the order date is a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it will be 5 days from the next business weekday.
If no date and time are specified, delivery usually takes 4 to 7 days.
If you wish for the fastest possible delivery and the item is in stock, please do not specify a date and time,
and write that in the remarks column (we may not always be able to accommodate your request).

Other Required Fees in Addition to Product Price
If your total purchase is less than 10,000 yen (excluding tax), shipping costs will be borne by the purchaser.
- Nationwide flat rate of 500 yen (+ tax), excluding Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands
- Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands have a flat rate of 1,000 yen (+ tax). Additional charges will apply if airmail is used.Please inquire if you need expedited shipping.
Defective Products
While we take the utmost care in inspection and packaging, there is a very rare possibility that a defective product may be sent. If there are any inconveniences such as dirt during shipping or an incorrect product, we apologize for the trouble, but please fill in the following and contact us at the address below within 1 week of receipt.

Payment Method
Sagawa Express e-Collect (credit card, cash on delivery, debit card) *A separate cash on delivery fee will be charged.
Return Period
Due to the nature of leather products, each piece of leather has a different expression, sothe exact same pattern or design as the photo will not appear.
Therefore, please understand that it will not be exactly the same as the photo.
Especially for leather patterns and designs such as python and akab,they will differ depending on how the leather is cut, so they will not be the same as the photos.However, in the case of python patterns, there will be no extreme differences such as diamond patterns.
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding the above points.
Please contact us by phone or email within one week of receiving the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been used,products with scratches or damage caused by the customer's responsibility,or if you have not contacted us in advance,or if more than one week has passed since the product arrived.
In addition to the above, we cannot accept returns or refunds for semi-custom products, except for scratches or damage.Due to the nature of semi-custom products, we take the utmost care when shipping them.We ask that you check the product as soon as possible after it arrives.In the unlikely event of scratches or damage, please contact us immediately.
Return Shipping Cost
If the return is due to our fault, we will bear the shipping cost.
Refunds
When issuing a refund, if the reason is due to the customer's convenience, the cash on delivery fee will be borne by the customer.If the reason for the refund is due to our fault, we will bear the cash on delivery fee.
Scope of Refunds
The breakdown of refunds is as follows:
