Regarding delivery

Regarding delivery

Delivery will generally be made by Sagawa Express.
For deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands, we may use Yamato Transport's courier service. We cannot deliver outside of Japan. Please note that we cannot ship overseas. The expected delivery date will be notified in the order acceptance email. ( This is different from the automatically sent email .)

Regarding date and time designation

You can specify a delivery date of 5 days or later from the order date (during weekday business hours) in the comments section.
If the order date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will take 5 business days from the next business day.
If no delivery date is specified, delivery usually takes 4 to 7 days.
If the item is in stock and you would like it delivered as soon as possible, please do not specify a date and time.
Please write that in the comments section. (We may not be able to accommodate your request.)

Defective Products <br>We inspect and package our products with the utmost care, but on rare occasions we may send you a defective product. If there is any problem with the product, such as dirt during delivery or the wrong product, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please fill out the form below and contact us at the address listed below within one week of receiving the product.

Return deadline
Due to the nature of leather products, each piece of leather has a different appearance, so the pattern or design may not be exactly the same as the photograph.
Therefore, please understand that it may not be exactly the same as the photo.

In particular, the patterns and designs of leathers such as python and akyabu vary depending on how the leather is cut, so they may differ from the photos. However, in the case of python patterns, there are no extreme differences such as diamond patterns.
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding the above points.

Please be sure to contact us by phone or email within one week after receiving the product.

Please note that we will not accept returns for products that have been used, products that have been scratched or damaged due to customer reasons, products for which you have not contacted us in advance, or products that have been returned more than one week after delivery .

Other than the above, we cannot accept returns or refunds for semi-order products, except for scratches, damage, etc. Due to the nature of semi-order products, we will take great care when shipping , but please check the product as soon as possible after it arrives. If you find any scratches, damage, etc., please contact us immediately.

Return Shipping Fee
If you return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is due to a defect on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.

Refund Policy
In the case of a refund, the customer will be responsible for any cash-on-delivery fees incurred due to their own reasons, but in the case of a refund due to a mistake on our part, the cash-on-delivery fees will be borne by us.
