CHROMEXCEL (HORWEEN)
One of the most renowned leathers in the world, manufactured using North American hides from vast ranches, generously infused with natural oils, and chrome-tanned.
The abundant oil is deeply permeated into the core, giving it a rich thickness yet a pleasing softness.
For finishing, the naturally tanned base is dyed with a unique aniline hand-finish recipe. The deep surface color, when pulled, reveals a vibrant color from within the leather.
The rich oil content also helps to blend in scratches that occur with use, by wiping them with cream or oil.
Please note that due to the high oil content, the oil may whiten depending on the season.
This phenomenon occurs when the oil solidifies and can be remedied by gently rubbing the surface with a cloth.

Due to the nature of products made from natural leather, there may be color variations between leather lots and differences in texture depending on the part of the hide. Additionally, there may be wrinkles (streaks) from when the animal was alive or minor scratches on some parts, but these are considered within the range of individual differences mentioned above.
Regarding size表記, there may be discrepancies between the stated size and the actual product due to individual differences. A ±5mm margin of error is considered acceptable.
As each item is produced by hand, minor imperfections such as marks or sewing machine traces from the sewing process, or slight misalignments or fading in foil stamping, are unavoidable due to the production process and are considered within specifications. Thank you for your understanding.
Parts made of metals such as brass and silver may change color over time due to aging. While we polish them before shipping, slight discoloration may occur by the time of arrival. Furthermore, for items with smoking or other treatments, there will be individual differences in color.
Sand-cast products such as buckles, being hand-finished, will each have a unique shape and texture, even for the same part.
Although we strive to adjust the published images to be as close as possible to the actual colors, the actual colors may appear different depending on the browser or display environment you are viewing them on.
