【HORSE HIDE】
We use European raw hides, vegetable-tanned to create the base leather. The leather content is carefully selected for garment applications such as flight jackets, and the dyeing penetrates to the core. After the base is complete, it undergoes drumming (softening), dyeing, ironing (glossing), and another drumming (loosening fibers) process to finish. For this product, the black is pigmented and the brown is double-dyed with dye to achieve a deep color and texture.
