【HORSE HIDE】
The base leather is made from European raw hides, tanned using vegetable tannin. The leather content is carefully selected for apparel use, such as flight jackets, and is dyed through to the core. After the base is completed, it undergoes a process of drumming (milling) → dyeing → ironing (polishing) → drumming (loosening fibers). For this product, the black leather is pigment-dyed twice, and the brown leather is aniline-dyed twice, to create a deep color and texture.
