【HORSE HIDE】
Made from European raw hides, the base leather is completed with vegetable tannin tanning. The leather is carefully selected for garment applications such as flight jackets, and is dyed through to the core. After the base is completed, it undergoes a process of drumming (softening) → dyeing → ironing (glossing) → drumming (loosening fibers). For this production, the black leather is pigment-dyed, and the brown leather is double-dyed with dye to achieve deep colors and textures.
