【HORSE HIDE】
Using raw hides from Europe, the base is completed with vegetable tanning.
Originally, the base material used is carefully selected for its fabric content and size for clothing applications such as flight jackets.
During dyeing, not only the surface but also the core is dyed mocha, and in the final finishing, the surface is pigment-finished to give the entire leather a stable color and glossy texture. In the final process, light揉み (momi) processing gives it an indescribable feel and softness.
Its lightness, which cowhide does not possess, is also a feature.

Due to the nature of products made from natural leather, there may be color variations between leather lots and differences in texture depending on the part of the hide. In addition, there may be wrinkles (トラ) and slight scratches from when the animal was alive, but these are considered within the range of individual differences.
Regarding size notation, there may be errors in the stated size due to individual differences. Errors of up to ±5mm are considered within the acceptable range.
Each item is produced by hand, so marks or machine marks from sewing, slight misalignment or fading of foil stamping, etc., are unavoidable due to the manufacturing process and are considered within the product specifications. Thank you for your understanding.
Parts made of metals such as brass and silver may change color over time. We polish them before shipping, but slight discoloration may occur by the time they arrive. Also, for items with processing such as antiquing, there will be individual differences in color.
Sand-cast products such as buckles, which are hand-finished, will have differences in shape and texture even for the same part.
