【HORSE HIDE】
Using European raw hides, the base is completed through vegetable tanning.
Originally, the base used was carefully selected for fabric content and size for clothing applications such as flight jackets.
During dyeing, not only the surface but also the core is dyed a mocha color, and in the final finishing, the surface is pigment-finished to give the entire leather a stable color and glossy texture. In the final process, a light揉み (momi) process gives it an indescribable texture and softness.
Its lightness, which cowhide does not have, is also a characteristic.

Due to the nature of products made from natural leather, there may be color variations between leather lots and differences in texture depending on the part. Also, there may be wrinkles (tora) and minor scratches from when the animal was alive, but these are considered to be within the range of individual differences mentioned above.

Regarding size notation, there may be discrepancies between the notation and the actual size due to individual differences. A margin of ±5mm is considered acceptable.

Each item is produced by hand, so marks or sewing machine traces from the sewing process, and slight deviations orかすれ (kasuri) in foil stamping are unavoidable due to the process and are considered to be within the product specifications. We appreciate your understanding.

Parts made of metals such as brass and silver may change color over time. We will polish them before shipping, but some discoloration may occur by the time they arrive. Also, for items that have undergone processes such as smoking, there may be individual differences in color.

Sand-cast products such as buckles, which are finished by hand, will have unique shapes and textures even for identical parts.
