Using raw hides from Europe, the base is finished with vegetable tanning.
Originally, the base material was carefully selected for its fabric content and size for use in garments such as flight jackets.
During dyeing, not only the surface but also the core is dyed mocha, and in the final finishing, the surface is pigmented to give the leather a stable color and glossy texture throughout. In the final process, light揉み加工 is applied to give it an indescribable feel and softness.
Its lightness, which cowhide does not have, is also a feature.

Due to the nature of products using natural leather, there may be color variations between leather lots and differences in texture depending on the part. Also, there may be wrinkles (tora) or some minor scratches from when the animal was alive, but these are considered within the range of individual differences mentioned above.
Regarding size notation, there may be discrepancies between the notation and the actual size due to individual differences. A margin of error of up to ±5mm is considered acceptable.
Since each item is produced by hand, minor imperfections such as marks or machine traces from sewing, slight misalignment or fading of foil stamping are unavoidable due to the manufacturing process and are considered within the scope of specifications. We appreciate your understanding.
Metal parts such as brass and silver may change color over time due to aging. While we polish them before shipping, slight discoloration may occur by the time of arrival. Also, for items that have undergone processing such as oxidization, there will be individual differences in color for each item.
Sand-cast products such as buckles, which are finished by hand, will have individual differences in shape and texture even for the same part.
