【HORSE HIDE】
Using European raw hides, the base material is completed with vegetable tannin tanning.
Originally, the base material was carefully selected for fabric content and size for clothing applications such as flight jackets.
During dyeing, not only the surface but also the core is dyed mocha, and in the final finishing, the surface is finished with pigment for black and dye for brown, creating a stable color and glossy texture throughout the leather. In the final step, a light揉み加工 (kneading process) is applied to achieve an indescribably pleasant texture and softness.
Its lightness, which cowhide does not possess, is also a feature.
【HORSE BUTT】
Similarly, European raw hides are used and subjected to vegetable tannin tanning.
We use the rare horse butt (cordovan part).
Using base material that could not be completed as cordovan (due to deep scratches, etc.), it is finished to have a unique texture and natural surface wrinkles characteristic of horse leather, which cowhide does not have.
We select the thickest possible horse butt, and the dyeing is intentionally left as a raw dye finish, allowing the leather to develop the natural aging of horse nubuck with use.

Due to the nature of products using natural leather, there may be color variations between leather lots and differences in texture depending on the part. Also, there may be areas with wrinkles (tigers) or minor scratches from the animal's life, but these are considered within the range of the aforementioned individual differences.
Regarding size notation, there may be discrepancies between the listed size and the actual product due to individual differences. Errors of up to ±5mm are considered within the acceptable range.
Each item is produced by hand, so slight marks or sewing machine traces from the sewing process, and slight deviations orかすれ (fading) in foil stamping are unavoidable due to the manufacturing process and are considered within the scope of the specifications. Thank you for your understanding.
Parts made of metals such as brass and silver may change color over time. Although we polish them before shipping, slight discoloration may occur by the time they arrive. Also, items that have undergone processing such as燻し (smoking) will have individual differences in color.
Sand cast products such as buckles are hand-finished, so each part may differ in shape and texture even if they are the same.
Although we adjust the posted images to be as close to the actual color as possible, the actual color may appear different depending on the browser or display you are viewing them on.
