【HORSE HIDE】
Using European raw hides, the base is completed with vegetable tanning.
Originally, we use a base selected for its fabric content and size for clothing applications such as flight jackets.
During dyeing, not only the surface but also the core is dyed mocha, and in the final finishing, the black surface is pigment-finished and the brown is dye-finished, creating a stable color and lustrous texture throughout the leather. In the final process, a light揉み加工 (kneading process) gives it an indescribable feel and softness.
Its lightness, which cowhide does not possess, is also a feature.
【HORSE BUTT】
Similarly, it uses European raw hides and is vegetable-tanned.
It uses the rare horse butt (cordovan part).
Using a base that could not be completed as cordovan (due to deep scratches, etc.), it is finished to have a unique feel and natural wrinkles on the surface that are characteristic of horse leather, unlike cowhide.
We select the thickest possible horse butt, and intentionally leave the dyeing as a simple dye, allowing the natural aging of the horse bare leather to be enjoyed with frequent use.

Due to the nature of products made from natural leather, there may be variations in color between leather lots and differences in texture depending on the part of the hide. Additionally, there may be wrinkles (トラ) or minor scratches from the animal's life, but these are considered within the range of individual differences mentioned above.
Regarding size notation, there may be slight differences from the stated measurements due to individual variations. Deviations of up to ±5mm are considered acceptable.
Each item is produced by hand, so the marks, machine traces, slight misalignment or fading of hot stamping that may occur during sewing are unavoidable in the manufacturing process and are considered within the specifications. Thank you for your understanding.
Metal parts such as brass and silver may change color over time due to aging. While we polish them before shipping, slight discoloration may occur by the time they arrive. Also, items that have undergone processes such as antiquing will have individual differences in color.
Sand-cast products such as buckles, which are hand-finished, will have unique shapes and textures, even for the same part.
While we strive to adjust the published images to be as close to the actual colors as possible, the actual colors may appear different depending on the browser or display environment you are viewing them on.
