【HORSE HIDE】
Using raw European horsehide, the base leather is completed through vegetable tanning.
The base leather is carefully selected for its material and size, originally intended for garments such as flight jackets.
During dyeing, not only the surface but also the core is dyed mocha brown. In the final finishing process, the surface of the black leather is treated with pigment, and the brown leather with dye, creating a stable color and lustrous texture throughout the leather. In the final step, a light milling process is applied to achieve an indescribably pleasant feel and softness.
Its lightness, which cowhide lacks, is also a characteristic.

Due to the nature of products made from natural leather, there may be color variations between leather batches and differences in texture depending on the part of the hide. In addition, there may be wrinkles (veins) or minor scratches from the animal's life, but these are considered within the scope of individual variation.
Sizes may also vary from the listed measurements due to individual differences. A deviation of up to ±5mm is considered acceptable.
Each item is produced by hand, so slight marks or machine traces from sewing, and minor misalignment or fading of foil stamping are unavoidable during the manufacturing process and are considered within the product's specifications. Thank you for your understanding.
Parts made of metals such as brass and silver may change color over time due to aging. Although we polish them before shipping, slight discoloration may occur by the time they arrive. Also, items with smoked or other special finishes will have individual variations in color.
Sand-cast products, such as buckles, are hand-finished, so each part will have a unique shape and texture even if they are the same.
