*Only the bends (buttock part) of full-vegetable tanned leather are used.
Compared to regular tannin tanning, the leather is soaked in a pit for about one month longer, which tightens the fibers.
Normally, the flesh (fuzzy back) is shaved off before dyeing, but by dyeing it with the flesh still attached, the leather gains firmness and stiffness.
After dyeing, a high-pressure iron is used to give it a glossy finish.
When processing into a belt, the leather is skived to 5mm, the back is dyed and polished, and then cut.
After cutting, the chamfering is done by hand with a plane, and the dyeing and polishing process is smoothed by hand with glass.
As it is used, the color will deepen and a luster will emerge, improving the leather's character.

Due to the nature of products made from natural leather, there may be color variations between leather lots and differences in texture depending on the part of the hide. In addition, there may be wrinkles (streaks) from the animal's life or minor scratches on some parts, but these are considered within the range of individual differences mentioned above.
Regarding size notation, there may be discrepancies from the stated size due to individual differences. Errors of up to ±5mm are considered within the acceptable range.
Each item is produced by hand, so marks or machine traces from sewing, slight misalignments orかすれ (scratches/fading) in foil stamping are unavoidable due to the manufacturing process and are considered within the scope of the product's specifications. We appreciate your understanding.
Metal parts made of brass, silver, etc., may change color over time due to aging. We polish them before shipping, but some slight discoloration may occur by the time they arrive. In addition, for items with processes such as smoking, there may be individual differences in color.
Sand-cast products such as buckles, due to their hand-finished nature, may vary in shape and texture even among identical parts.
